Everything we do at Shared Ambition is about supporting people to grow and unlock their full potential, guiding them to become the very best version of themselves: with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
We work with mid-level to senior professionals who are navigating career transitions, moving into leadership roles or looking to feel more effective and fulfilled at work. A key part of our approach involves helping organisations find and attract the right talent. This includes providing tailored recruitment support, leadership coaching and advice on building strong, high-performing teams. We work directly with individuals through one-to-one coaching, and also in partnership with organisations by delivering training, supporting recruitment processes and offering guidance on team structure and business development.

For nearly 30 years, I have worked in recruitment across sectors ranging from investment banking to education, helping people find the right roles and supporting leaders at every stage of their careers. I have always believed that matching the right people to the right opportunities can transform both lives and organisations, but over time I realised that something was missing.
That something was coaching.
My first experience of coaching over 20 years ago opened my eyes to its power: to listen deeply, ask the right questions and unlock potential in ways that recruitment alone could not. That experience sparked a lasting curiosity about people and how they think, communicate and lead.
Now, based in Suffolk and working across the UK, I combine decades of recruitment experience with professional coaching to help individuals and organisations grow, both in person and online.
